		<description>Be careful what you wish for, civilian review boards typically put people that have absolutely no epxerience with police procedure or cimrinal law in a position to criticize police activities. This practice in many cities has led to demoralization of the police department and has merely stoked anger rather than helped improve community and police relations.
Also, check around, the City of Atlanta has some pretty good salaries compared to other metro departments.</description>
