		<description>Dekalb doesn't have mixed use zoning? I thought that was the description for the new complexes on Dresden just down the road from the station. Maybe not the official designation, but surely the in-effect description. No?</description>

The question, then, is whether the county commission would be supportive of a rezoning, if that hasn't already been done.</description>
