		<description>I like the idea of a car free capitol area, but last time I checked 75% of downtown Atlanta was parking decks. How about turning Underground Atlanta into an underground parking facility? How about renovating the Five Points MARTA station as a pedestrian mall and chasing away the ratty vendors (get some NYC-style news stand booths for them)</description>
