		<description>Thanks for publicizing this survey. I completed it and hopefully thousands of others will do the same. I am generally for limited government and think Atlanta is constantly doing surveys or studies that result in few changes. The government already knows your home and work address from IRS filings, so they should add a couple of questions to essentially re-create this survey. 

Transportation is only part of the equation. Builders should be encouraged to develop high density projects near MARTA. Think about it- the Civic Center MARTA station has existed for close to thirty years, but is only now seeing development around it. Across West Peachtree from the North Ave. station, you still have fast food restaurants and other low density buildings. 

Emory, with billions of dollars in an endowment and as one of Dekalb's largest employers , needs to work to better link its campus to the MARTA rail system. Marietta Blvd, a wide thoroughfare with industrial properties and extensive rail access needs to be developed as a rail corridor to connect the Cumberland Mall area and Cobb County to MARTA or the Beltline.</description>
