		<description>Ah, this is what you mean about letting MARTA control their own resources.

Jill Chambers is a great point person for pushing MARTA to bite the bullet and get more efficient.  Moderate ITP Republican woman who is attempting to do something, rather than let MARTA coast and, in the words of Jim Wooten, "eat their seed corn."

For a legislator, doing something/anything is typically hard.  Much easier to try to keep a lid on things, spend money, and try to maintain semi-gruntled voters.  I applaud Jill Chambers and hope she can facilitate positive change.</description>
